3.1 14-Day Quality Assurance

We want every bite to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our high-quality standards, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are perishable food items, we offer replacements or store credit rather than traditional returns to ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety of our community, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Packaging: Any chocolate or candy where the original seal has been broken.
  • Perishable Goods: Items that have been stored outside of recommended temperature-controlled environments.
  • Customized Boxes: Personalized assortments created specifically for a client’s request.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved store credits or refunds for defective items are processed within 5-7 business days after our quality audit team in Pakistan verifies the claim through our digital support desk.
